Olga and Adila build their beauty industry based on a highly individual approach as beauty experts, using their professional knowledge and open-mindedness as business leaders and creating the La Rosh & Adel Beauty Spa as a hearty and family-like space where you can get special treatments created for you.
Our team is like family and we could not be more proud of the way we all work together, build each other up, have each other’s back, and celebrate our combined successes! We are traveling a lot, getting the newest technology from Europe and the East, creating and using amazing methods to treat our clients. Our spa is brand new, beautiful, state of the art…and our customers are amazing!

Olga Vlasova
Olga Vlasova-Rosh has been a beauty industry professional for over 20 years. She started her way as a hairdresser in Ukraine and since then has been elevating her professionalism. From the very beginning she has been confident that hair beauty is her passion. Through her career, she has been consistently developing her skills and knowledge taking courses, attending workshops and participating in the industry-leading trade shows. Having immigrated to the US, she successfully graduated from the Regency Beauty Institute as a Master Designer and obtained Texas Cosmetology License. As a professional stylist, Olga implements new technologies and creative approaches to provide her Clients with the best services.

Adila Musayeva
Adila Musayeva is a top face and body treatment professional. She has been in the industry for more than 15 years working in skin and body treatment-oriented medical organizations. She started her career in Baku, Azerbaijan, where she graduated from high medical school. She has had years of education and extensive training in skin care products, different laser platforms, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, micro-needling, and much more. She continues to improve her professional skills by taking classes, participating in European seminars, webinars and workshops. Adila is a licensed esthetician and certified injector and licensed laser hair removal Professional. She is able to provide all types of face and body treatments.
